TAIDEN Equips CNCC With Digital IR Wireless Conference System

China National Convention Center (CNCC), China’s largest and most advanced convention center, recently successfully finished completion acceptance.
The conferencing system manufacturer - Shenzhen TAIDEN Industrial Co., Ltd. provided conference systems for about 100 conference and meeting rooms of different sizes. Therein, 3 VIP Reception Rooms and 10 Mid-sized high-class conference rooms have been equipped with TAIDEN HCS-5300 Series Digital Infra-red Wireless Conference System, the first digital IR wireless conference system in the world. Audio quality and installation effect are highly praised by the Main Contractor -Beijing North Star Convention Center Development Co., Ltd. and other entities concerned with the completion acceptance.

Following, VIP Reception Rooms are taken as an example to introduce the installation and implementation of HCS-5300 Series digital IR wireless conference system in the CNCC conference system project:
VIP reception rooms – 3 rooms in total - are located on the first floor of CNCC. The size of each room is about 600 sqm & 6.5 meters high. As a venue for reception of very important persons/guests and for holding high quality meetings, the three VIP reception rooms had high demands on the audio quality of a conference system and on the installation and arrangement of conference system equipment. Various venue designs require a wireless conference system, providing convenient installation and elegant appearance. Moreover, a digital Infra-red wireless conference system is the best choice for privacy and security guarantee to prevent from eavesdropping caused by electromagnetism and to avoid interferences by high-power radio frequencies from on-site interphones, mobile phones, etc. More than one wireless conference systems can be operated in the same building without interacting.
The three VIP reception rooms totalize 3 HCS-5300C_S digital IR wireless conference system chairman units, 60 HCS-5300D_S digital IR wireless conference system delegate units. 11 fine and unobtrusive ceiling-mounted HCS-5300T digital IR transceivers perfectly merge into the ceiling. Besides, HCS-5310/10 basic setup software module and HCS-5313/10 microphone management module are completing the system.
HCS-5300 digital IR wireless conference system is an in-house developed and designed product and absolutely the first digital IR wireless conference system in the world. The system is based on TAIDEN independently developed digital IR processing chipset; audio frequencies are first converted into digital signals in an A/D converter, followed successively by a digital encoder and a digital modulator, and finally transmitted by infra-red. The innovative technology adopts the advantages of digitization, wireless connection, IR transmission, and implements both bidirectional transmission of multi-channel audio signals and data control. Therefore HCS-5300 series is the perfect solution for wireless conferences!

TAIDEN HCS-5300 Series Digital IR Wireless Conference System perfectly fulfills all VIP reception rooms requirements. As a result, additional conference halls in CNCC were also equipped with HCS-5300 series system.
On October 16th 2009, the CNCC Conference Systems Project was under completion acceptance. After approval of the systems hardware, the cable-installation & -connection in the venues, the testing of simultaneous interpretation system and the synchronous operation with other integrated components,
the Main Contractor - Beijing North Star Convention Center Development Co., Ltd.,
the DesignDirectorate - Radio, Film and Television Design and Research Institute and
the Supervision Directorate – Beijing Ceris Co., Ltd.,
unanimously issued a successful completion acceptance of the CNCC Conference System Project.
More to the point, HCS-5300 Series digital Infra-red wireless conference system was initially installed in three VIP Reception Halls only. But after the individual check and acceptance of HCS-5300 system in August, the Main Contractor was impressed by the audio performance and the impeccable functioning of the digital IR wireless conference system and decided to install and to use HCS-5300 series in another 10 Medium-sized High-class Meeting Rooms.
